First, the processing accuracy of the parts is poor

Generally, due to the installation adjustment, the feed dynamics between the axes are not adjusted according to the error, or the drive chain of the machine tool has changed due to wear and tear (such as screw gap, pitch error, axial yaw, etc.) ). It can be solved by re-adjusting and modifying the amount of gap compensation. When the dynamic tracking error is too large and the alarm is alarmed, it can be checked whether the servo motor speed is too high; whether the position detecting component is good; whether the position feedback cable connector is in good contact; whether the corresponding analog output latch and the gain potentiometer are good; Whether the corresponding servo drive is normal.

Second, the overshoot of the machine tool causes poor machining accuracy

It may be that the acceleration and deceleration time is too short, and the speed change time may be appropriately extended; or the connection between the servo motor and the lead screw may be loose or the rigidity is too poor, and the gain of the position loop may be appropriately reduced.

Third, the roundness difference between the two axes

1. Circular axial deformation

This deformation may be caused by mechanical unadjusted. The positioning accuracy of the shaft is not good, or the compensation of the screw gap is improper, which will cause roundness error when crossing the quadrant.

2, oblique ellipse error (ellipse in the direction of 45 degrees)

In this case, first check the position deviation value of each axis. If the deviation is too large, adjust the position loop gain to eliminate it. Then check whether the interface board of the rotary drive or the inductive synchronizer is adjusted, and then check if the gap of the mechanical drive pair is too large and the clearance compensation is appropriate.
